Medical Information Administrator / Associate, DOE

Contract: Permanent, Full or Part Time

Salary: Circa £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, DOE

Based at Challenge House, Bletchley (Milton Keynes), Red Line provides outsourced medical information enquiry handling and pharmacovigilance services to clients across the pharmaceutical industry.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, reviewing, and reporting adverse event data in compliance with local and global regulations and company SOPs.
  • Accurate computer entry of adverse event information and, when required, reporting to regulatory authorities.
  • Participating in meetings and supporting the Medical Information Manager in maintaining SOPs and working practices.
  • Liaising with pharmaceutical companies and business partners on a daily basis.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Suitable qualifications for healthcare sector (i.e. diploma or degree).
  • Some relevant experience of working in the Medical Information field or equivalent customer service role.
  • Excellent written and spoken English language skills.

Career progression:

  • Candidates with no previous medical information experience will join as Medical Information Administrator.
  • Candidates with 2+ years’ relevant experience will join as Medical Information Associate.
